3,813 tons of Spirit Money

for the working class people of Taiwan.
According to the lunar calendar, the month of August is Ghost Month.
Following traditional customs, Taiwanese working class people will burn paper money to the ghosts in order to gain safety throughout the month. Last year, the Taiwanese burned 3,813 tons of paper money which, in addition to the spiritual implications, have produced serious air pollution and health problems.
Father in Heaven, may the Taiwanese working class know that the plans You have for them are to prosper and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. May they call upon You and be granted Your peace during this very fearful and anxious time. When they are found and brought back from the captivity of fear, may they also stop harming Your creation and rule over it with love. (Jeremiah 29:11-14; Genesis 1:26).
Please ask your church, bible study, small group, cell group, family and children to pray this with us and you will be joining thousands of people around the world in asking our Father to bring His good news to the working class people of Taiwan.
