Sunday we went with the house church out to the Taiwan Lantern festival, which comes after Chinese new year. This year the main exhibition is being held in Chia-yi county.

Today, we were roused from bed by a loud roaring. I knew right away the oil refinery had blown or there was a temple festival parage passing by. I went out with camera in hand to try an capture some of this. I am posting some of the pictures from this hour long procession.
